On this day, the world salutes the founding of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
And the Bruhz? They show out.
The Founding Fire – 1911, Howard University
It began on November 17, 1911, in the science building at Howard University. There, four towering minds—Dr. Ernest E. Just, Professor Frank Coleman, Dr. Oscar J. Cooper, and Bishop Edgar A. Love—lit the spark that became Omega Psi Phi.
They weren’t interested in imitation. They didn’t seek approval.
They built a real fraternity for real men—centered on manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift.
Those Four Founders didn’t just create a Greek-letter organization.
They created a movement.
